Sustainable Urban Remodeling

URBAbuild LLC (construction), paired with our partner company URBAspace LLC (design), offers a full range of green building design and construction services with a focus on urban infill and density. The project designer not only designs the project, but also oversees the construction through to project completion - thus ensuring better project cohesiveness and quality control. We focus on urban projects that involve remodeling and re-use of existing conditions and structures to those that develop new land. Our typical projects include single family to mutifamily conversions, value appearance enhancing additions, remodels that capture unused space such as basements and attics, and whole house "green makeovers." We work closely with the owner to involve their ideas and needs and always strive for full incorporation of sustainable design and construction.
